Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AML MxRICH platform and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by MXRICH Pte Ltd (Company Registration No. 201501173N), a company incorporated in Singapore ("MXRICH", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the AML MxRICH web application and all related features for Anti-Money Laundering screening.
• "User" or "you" means any individual or entity registering or using the Service.
• "Content" means any data, information, or materials you upload or submit to the Service.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Description of Service

AML MxRICH provides tools to assist Singapore estate agents in conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, including sanctions screening, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) checks, and adverse media screening.

Important: The Service is a screening tool only. We do not provide legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your compliance with the Singapore Estate Agents (AML/CFT) Regulations 2021 and all other applicable laws.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and when performing checks.
• Not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Not use the Service to screen individuals without a legitimate business purpose related to real estate transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, logos, and underlying software are owned by MXRICH Pte Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the screening results are 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Data is sourced from third-party providers and public records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXRICH Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
